The downwards flow of the Bio Pellet allows consistent and maximum use of bio pellet media to deliver total control of phosphates and nitrate. The bi-product of this media is then removed by use of your Reef Octopus Skimmer.

Octopus products are constructed with saltwater performance tested cell cast acrylic, SCH-80 dark grey PVC and JG fittings. These materials will not color fade and is resistant to cracking, inert and non-corrosive. Giving you the dependability you need and the performance your reef deserves.

Bio Spheres are a pure solid carbon source to help reduce nitrates and phosphates.Bio-Spheres will remain effective until they disappear, which normally take approximately 8 months to a year. We recommend that you top off with fresh Bio-Spheres every 3 months to maintain maximum effectiveness.
